Acorn Outfitters, LLC The submission of this reservation contract with earnest money deposit, upon acceptance by Acorn Outfitters, LLC, shall constitute a contract between the parties. Each of the parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions of this offering. (1) Reservations will not be accepted until reservation form is filled in completely and returned to us with the required deposit. Deposits are not-refundable after: Spring Turkey - January 1st & Whitetail Deer - May 1st. 10% of all returned deposits will be retained for processing. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM the day before the hunt and departure is 11:00 AM the day after the hunt. (2) If the number of people in any party is less than the number booked for, the deposits of missing people will be forfeited, not transferred to other members of the party. (3) If there should be any changes (date, number of people, etc.) after the completed reservation contract is sent to us, contact as soon as possible. Waiver of Liability (4) Acorn Outfitters, LLC, its officers, directors, shareholders, principals, employees, agents, contractors, licenses, commissioners, tenants and landowners shall not be liable for any acts of negligence (gross, ordinary, or otherwise). Hunters hunt at their own risk and assume full responsibility for their acts or omissions. All hunters and non-hunters will at the time of registration need to sign a "Waiver of Liabilities" in order to enter the properties.
